I competed in NCAA lacrosse during my undergraduate degree and BUCS lacrosse during my graduate degree in England. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, weight-lifting, obsessing over my dog, and spending time with family and friends. I am excited to continue my own journey of growth, personally and professionally, alongside you at Tackle Growth!

My approach to performance consultation and counseling is interpersonal, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I focus on identifying the root of barriers to growth and increasing self-awareness through exploration. My style is integrated, pulling from the most appropriate and effective techniques and interventions to ensure that you receive tailored support based on your unique background and needs. The most crucial tool I utilize to facilitate growth and empowerment is the practitioner-client relationship. In our work together, I will prioritize the creation of a warm, authentic, and collaborative environment and add a dash of humor into the mix. I will provide a supportive base as we journey towards growth, together. To begin our work together, click the “Get in Touch” button below!
